2023 Results 

In 2023 we are extremely proud that our results put us significantly above the national average for the progress of our students, at +0.34. 

Progress 8 measures the average progress a student makes from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 in eight subjects.  A progress 8 score of 0 is the national average. Therefore a school's Progress 8 score of + 0.33 is significantly above the national average.

  • Attainment 8 Score= 48.93

2023

  • Progress 8 Score = +0.34
  • Attainment 8 Score= 47.83

 

Percentage of pupils who achieved grade 5+ and 4+  in English and Mathematics at the end of Key Stage 4

2022

  • 4+ = 78% (equivalent to an old grade C)
  • 5+ = 42%(equivalent to an old high C/low B grade)

2023

  • 4+ = 77% (equivalent to an old grade C)
  • 5+ = 43%(equivalent to an old high C/low B grade)

Percentage of grades achieved that were grade 7+ (equivalent to an old grade A and A*)

2022 = 19%

2023 = 17%
